TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A £30+VAT non-refundable fee is payable on registering with the Agency and must be received prior to any candidates being introduced to the client This amount will be deducted from the final engagement fee.

3 weeks gross salary or £675+VAT if weekly salary is less than £220 per week gross.
Part-time (less than 20 hours per week) £395+VAT

TEMPORARY STAFF

Full-time staff £75.00+VAT per week/£30.00+VAT per day
Part-time staff £65.00+VAT per week/£30.00+VAT per day


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) An engagement takes place when an applicant introduced to a prospective employer by theChildCareSolution and its associates, hereafter referred to as "the Agency" has accepted, either verbally or in writing, the position offered by the employer. The placement fee becomes available upon engagement, even if the starting date is at a later date specified.

2) Such an engagement is deemed to be an acceptance by the employer to these terms and conditions.

3) An engagement is deemed to be permanent if it is for a period of 28 days or more and temporary if it is for a shorter period.

4a) In the case of UK placements, fees become payable on Engagement and must be paid within 7 days of the Agency's invoice date Interest of 15% will be added to overdue invoices.

4b) In case of overseas placements, invoices must be paid before the employee leaves the UK.

5) If an Engagement is curtailed, a reduced fee becomes payable (see curtailed employment fees above).

6a) In the event of a prospective employer cancelling the engagement offer prior to the employees commencement of employment a non-returnable fee of £150.00+VAT will become due to the Agency to cover costs incurred.

6b) In the event of a prospective employee cancelling the engagement offer prior to commencement of employment and provided the placement fee has been paid and cleared a full refund will be given by the Agency.

7) Employers transferring or giving names and addresses of applicants introduced to them by this Agency to other prospective Employers will be responsible for the full fee resulting from such an engagement.

8) Fee charges for temporary staff are applicable to that one engagement only. All temporary staff must be re-booked and re-engaged through the Agency and the appropriate fee will be payable.

9) In the event of any temporary engagement becoming permanent, the appropriate permanent fee will become payable.

10) Whilst the utmost care is taken prior to introduction, the Agency cannot accept any liability whatsoever or howsoever arising by any act, default or otherwise of any staff engaged through the Agency.

11) We reserve the right to alter our Engagement charges by giving 7 days notice in writing of so doing
